San Jose Catholic School is fully accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference and is a member of the National Catholic Education Association.  All grades from Pre-K through 8 follow curriculum guidelines as prescribed by the Diocese of St. Augustine and are in accordance with the State of Florida standards.

• We have two classes per grade, with an average class size of 25.

• In addition to classroom instruction, students regularly attend classes in music, art, physical education, computer and library sciences.

• We have a part-time reading resource teacher available to students in grades Pre-K through 4 who need extra help in reading mechanics and comprehension.

• A part-time guidance counselor meets with students one-on-one as needed, and also visits each class on a regular basis for group instruction.

• Spanish classes are part of the curriculum.

• Honors classes are available for students in math and literature.
