*Annual Fee covers book, standarized testing, art, classroom resource materials, technology (annual maintenance and scheduled replacements), music, science, library/media services, craft fees, periodicals full-time clinic services and insurance.

Annual Fees are due June 1st and July 1st.  Late fee of $25 will be assessed after the 10th of each month.

**Stewardship families are ones who are registered, involved in and contributing regularly at San Jose Catholic Church in giving of their time, talent and treasure.
